Brian D. Hill, the former journalist of USWGO Alternative News, has released a book which apparently was published by his family. It is titled "The Frame Up of Journalist Brian D. Hill." This book has been published on Amazon Kindle-Book, Barnes & Noble, and even Books a Million.
Right now what he is exposing here is simple, there is proven corruption within our Federal Courts, well at least within the Greensboro Division, United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
We Are Change, an independent alternative media organization even did a independent news overview of Brian's entire criminal case.
The corruption stems from the Chief Judge William Lindsey Osteen Junior of the U.S. District Court in Greensboro, North Carolina. This Chief Judge, as well as one or two other Federal Judges within the District, will defend a corrupt Public Defender, Eric David Placke, the assistant of the Federal Public Defender Office, and is headed by Attorney Louis Allen III.
Brian has interviewed many prominent patriots such as Virgil H. Goode, Patrick Henry Jolly, Orly Taitz, former NASA engineer Elton Crisman Jr., and other great people.
Judge William Lindsey Osteen Junior has openly defended the Asst. Federal Public Defender. Even when it is quite clear that Brian demonstrated at his July 4, 2014, Status Conference that "This man is not doing it. He is not doing anything to prove my innocence," and "I was writing the FBI," and he even said that he hoped he would meet an FBI Agent. Why would a criminal Defendant want to meet with the FBI? Because Brian has stated on various pro se motions that he is actually innocent of the single-count charge possession of child pornography.
There are some issues dealing with his charge and conviction, when there is evidence conflicting with the factual basis of guilt. Thus makes it a wrongful conviction and will begin building up a case of actual innocence.
First contradiction is the fact that child porn had apparently been downloading between the dates July 20, 2012, and July 28, 2013. Then the search warrant, published under Document #84-2 on Federal court record, proves that his Laptop had apparently been seized on August 28, 2012, which warranted such investigation. So child pornography had been downloading for exactly eleven months, between August 28, 2012, and July 28, 2013, while under the secure custody of law enforcement. Apparently the leaked SBI document pictures in 2016, of confidential material that the criminal Defendant wasn't even allowed to photocopy, according to a secretive discovery agreement, prove this to be the case.
What is ironic was what a threatening email message from tormail.org, detailed. Brian had no evidence in 2013, verifying that the N.C. SBI was even directly involved in examining his seized property. Brian assumed that it was sent to the State crime laboratory according to the statements he had made prior to allegedly claiming to read the criminal discovery materials on January 22, 2015. Yet the threatening email message from tormail.org, similar to the threatening email that Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change acknowledged to have received in 2013, all made detailed claims of the claimed conspiracy to frame up political activists, and alternative media with child porn pictures.
Of course the Asst. U.S. Attorney Anand Prakash Ramaswamy allegedly claimed that Brian had sent the threatening tormail.org emails without any evidence, during the June 30, 2015, Probation revocation hearing. Somebody showed me one of the Transcripts of the hearings which is why I have come across this information. However the claim in the first threatening email, apparently dated on April 7, 2013, from tormail.org, had detailed information that Brian didn't have any solid proof on until January 22, 2015, when he read through his criminal case discovery packet. The threatening email had made claims that "we know some people in the SBI who will make sure you are convicted." Brian didn't even know that SBI Special Agent Rodney V. White, of the Greensboro, NC, regional SBI Office, was even involved until December, 2013, according to his emails sent to J. Joy Strickland. His reaction in those emails, while she was the Assistant Attorney General for the North Carolina office, while it was led by democrat Roy Cooper, totally prove that Brian had no knowledge to be able to ascertain the information detailed in those tormail.org threatening emails.
In fact the later threatening emails, the threats ended up coming true in 2014, and in 2015. Except Brian wasn't doing anything to sabotage his own defense, but it was his own court appointed lawyers sabotaging his defense, calling him delusional, and monkeying around with his important Constitutional rights afforded to every criminal Defendant facing trial.
The threatening emails seem to be acknowledging that Brian wasn't going to win at trial, no matter what he said, no matter what evidence he had presented, and threats in those emails were carried out against not just Brian D. Hill, but Luke Rudkowski, Stewart Rhodes, Dan Johnson, Ian Freeman of Free Talk Live, Melissa Melton and Aaron Dykes of Truth Stream Media, and others. The threatening emails seem confident that Brian would be forced to falsely register as a sex offender, which of course became the truth.
Brian was clearly being targeted here for his political activism, and for his involvement with Alex Jones of Infowars/Prisonplanet, and for being involved with Stewart Rhodes of OathKeepers, and other political activist organizations.
I recommend that you read his book and find out what all he was doing before he got framed, his claim of how he believe he had got framed, and the whole mess of being wrongfully convicted, just as the threatening emails had claimed before the events even took place.
The Frame Up of Journalist Brian D. Hill, ISBN #: 978-1541362499, has become an inspiring non-fictional book, demonstrating to us, the truth and real possibility of the fact that anybody can have evidence planted on them by corrupt and rogue law enforcement officials, that anybody is at risk of going to jail for a crime that the suspect clearly did not commit. However proving you were framed can be anywhere between extremely difficult to almost impossible, just to even prove that to a Jury.
However the information that was leaked by Anonymous regarding the forensic SBI report from lone Agent White, and other information released on court docket, shows that this was not an airtight case as the U.S. Attorney would allegedly claim in indicting Brian. Anand Ramaswamy's case has holes, and holes may be large enough for actual innocence, depending on how many lies and falsehoods can be proven within the evidence that the U.S. Attorney is holding against Brian under United States v. Brian David Hill.
